2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and status code. Processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Contact form and enquiries

When you use the contact form, we process your name, company, email address, selected area, message and any voluntarily submitted attachments. The data is sent to consulting@tris.business and used exclusively to process and allocate your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Non-contractual enquiries are generally deleted no later than six months after final processing. Contract-related communication is stored in accordance with statutory retention periods.

4. File attachments

Files of up to 10 MB may be submitted voluntarily via the contact form. Attachments are used only to process the enquiry or application. Temporary upload files are not stored permanently as publicly accessible web files.

5. Applications

For applications, we process contact, application and qualification data as well as CVs and certificates for the recruitment process. The legal basis is Section 26(1) BDSG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If no employment relationship is established, the documents are generally deleted no later than six months after completion of the recruitment process. Longer storage for an applicant pool takes place only with separate consent.

6. Recipients

Enquiries are initially received centrally and forwarded only to the responsible persons or companies within the TRIS Group insofar as this is necessary for processing. Hosting and email service providers may receive technical access as processors.

7. Cookies and external services

This website currently uses no analytics, marketing or profiling services, no social media plugins, no externally embedded maps, videos or fonts and no non-essential cookies. Therefore, no consent banner is currently used.

8. Your rights

Under the statutory requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise your rights, a message to consulting@tris.businessis sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

9. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures. The website and form are transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS.
